Lactation Support Rates & Insurance
I work with The Lactation Network (TLN) to maximize insurance coverage of my services. Often my clients have at least 6 visits completely covered! Sutter Health patients have no cap on covered visits! TLN accepts Blue Cross PPO, Blue Shield PPO, Anthem PPO, Humana PPO, VA CCN, as well as some plans associated with PNOA and MultiPlan. Initial In-home Lactation Consultation:
$300 self pay (if not covered through TLN)
Follow Up In-home Consultation:
$200 self pay (if not covered through TLN)
Initial Virtual Consultation:
$250 self pay (if not covered through TLN)
Follow Up Virtual Consultation:
$175 self pay (if not covered through TLN)

How it works with TLN:

Postpartum Care Rates
Postpartum Care can be booked in a few ways:
THE FULL — $1,700:
1 prenatal vist
5 postpartum visits
THE CRESCENT — $1,200:
1 prenatal visit
3 postpartum visits
THE NEW — $350:
1 postpartum visit

Postpartum Care Insurance
I am an Out of Network Provider for insurance policies as a Licensed Midwife. This means that after your care has concluded I will give you a SuperBill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Reimbursement varies from policy to policy. PPO plans may cover a percentage of the amount if your annual deductible has been met. HMO plans and Kaiser Permanente do not reimburse for my services unfortunately!
